These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nudge (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Nudge, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. What Nudge is
Nudge is a productivity tool that allows users to update their CRM (currently HubSpot) from WhatsApp.
Nudge performs actions only when explicitly instructed by the user, such as creating notes, tasks, or links to CRM records.
2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to connect and use the CRM account you link to Nudge
Use Nudge for lawful business or personal purposes
3. Account access & setup
To use Nudge, you may need to:
Connect a WhatsApp number
Authorise access to your CRM (e.g. HubSpot via OAuth)
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your accounts
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
Revoking access if you no longer wish to use the service
4. How the service works
When you send a message to Nudge, you are instructing it to perform an action.
Nudge will:
Interpret the message
Attempt to perform the requested action in your CRM
Confirm what has been created or updated
You acknowledge that:
Natural language interpretation is not perfect
You remain responsible for reviewing your CRM data
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Nudge for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to access data you are not authorised to access
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use Nudge to spam, harass, or misrepresent information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
6. Data & privacy
Your use of Nudge is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.
In summary:
We only process data needed to provide the service
We request minimum CRM permissions
You remain the owner of your data
7. Third-party services
Nudge integrates with third-party services such as:
WhatsApp
HubSpot
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for:
Changes, outages, or errors caused by third-party platforms
Data loss resulting from third-party service failures
8. Availability & changes
Nudge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may:
Modify or improve features
Add or remove integrations
Pause or discontinue the service
We will aim to communicate significant changes where reasonable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Early access & beta use
If you are using Nudge as part of early access or beta testing:
Features may be incomplete or change
Bugs may occur
Functionality may be limited
You acknowledge and accept these risks.
10. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nudge makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee that all requested actions will be completed correctly every time
You are responsible for verifying your CRM data.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudge shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Errors resulting from user instructions or third-party services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use Nudge (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
You may stop using Nudge at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Required by law
The service is discontinued
Upon termination, access to connected services will cease.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
